🔥 RETURNS & REFUNDS – THE MULLET MAYHEM WAY

We’re a small Aussie business.
We’re not a mega corporation.
But we are genuinely good CNTS who stand by our gear.

If something’s wrong, we’ll sort it.


🛠 If It’s Faulty (Our Stuff-Up)

If your item:

• Turns up damaged
• Has a printing issue
• Is the wrong item
• Or just isn’t doing what it’s meant to do

That’s on us.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if there’s a major issue — and we fully back that.

Email us within 7 days of receiving it with:

  • Your order number

  • A couple of clear photos

If it’s faulty, we’ll:
✔ Replace it
✔ Or refund you
✔ And cover return postage

No dramas.


🤷♂️ Change of Mind (Post-Checkout Regret)

Ordered after a few tins? We’ve all been there.

If you change your mind:

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and not smell like festival
• You cover return postage

We’ll offer:
✔ Store credit
✔ Or an exchange (if stock’s available)

We don’t offer refunds for change of mind.


📏 Sizing Stuff

Check the size charts before ordering legends.

Ordered the wrong size?
We can exchange it (if unworn and in original condition), but return postage is on you.


🎨 Custom / Made-To-Order Gear

A lot of our stuff is printed to order.

That means:
No change-of-mind returns on custom or personalised items.

BUT — if there’s a fault, your consumer rights still apply. Always.


🚫 Things We Can’t Accept

We won’t accept returns if the item:

• Has been worn (beyond trying on)
• Has been washed
• Smells like smoke, booze, or regret
• Has been damaged after delivery

Be fair with us and we’ll be fair with you.
